We loved the convenient location of this hotel, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful surroundings. It was easy to get to the Pilatus mountain and we enjoyed the stunning views. The apartment was spacious and had all the facilities we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and provided great service.

The hotel’s location is very favorable for tourists. Guests can easily reach the mountain’s hiking route and cogwheel train station by a short walk. Scenic views are also visible from the hotel. the rooms are quite spacious and accommodating for families with multiple rooms and facilities. the breakfast provided is decent and satisfactory.
It seems that the hotel's reputation has been affected by certain flaws, especially the poor Wi-Fi signal in some rooms.
